Working with the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau, Southwest Florida International Airport offers visitor information services in order to provide a positive customer experience to visitors coming to Southwest Florida .
Created in 1989, Tourism Ambassadors provide information to the traveling public, including Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau representation at special events.
Two Visitor Information Booths are located on the departure level and three are located in Bag Claim at Southwest Florida International Airport. Explore getting around RSW with our Terminal Maps.
Booths, staffed by tourism ambassador volunteers, are open year-round, excluding major holidays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from January-April, and until 6 p.m. from May-December.
