The Lee County Port Authority uses OpenGov and Legal Notices to efficiently notify businesses of bidding opportunities.
The Lee County Port Authority (LCPA) partners with OpenGov and uses an e-Procurement Portal to publish and receive all vendor responses to active solicitations. All vendors that would like to do business with LCPA shall register with OpenGov, at no cost to the vendor. All solicitation documents and instructions for submittals may also be obtained from the LCPA Procurement Office by email or calling 239-590-4560.

Airport Industry Day was hosted by the Lee County Port Authority in June 2026. It offered contractors, consultants, subcontractors and other airport industry professionals the opportunity to learn more about about current and upcoming airport project opportunities at RSW and FMY, LCPA procurement processes and permitting.
The Lee County Port Authority’s DBE Program provides DBEs with the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts financed in whole or in part with or without federal funds pursuant to the FAA’s 49 CFR Part 26.1, 26.23.
The Port Authority has received Federal financial assistance from U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), and as a condition of receiving this assistance, LCPA has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
It is the policy of the Port Authority to ensure that DBEs, as defined in Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts awarded by LCPA.
