Water Shutdown for Concourses B, C & D (7/12-7/14/2026) and Boil Water Notice (7/13-7/17/2026)

As part of the work for the Terminal Expansion Projects at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), there will be a complete shutdown to the main water feed on Concourses B, C and D for the nights of Sunday, July 12, Monday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 14, from approximately 9 p.m. until 4 a.m. There will be NO water in the concourses and restrooms will be closed. Once water is restored each morning by 4 a.m., there will be a Boil Water Notice in place for the three concourses. During this time, there will be no drinking/potable water available including restroom sinks, water refill stations or drinking fountains. However, concourse restrooms will be open and functional, with hand sanitizers at all locations.

RSW TEP ADVISORY #14: Pedestrian Bridge/Crosswalk Changes Between Terminal and Parking Garage

The Lee County Port Authority is continuing work on terminal roadway improvements as part of the Terminal Expansion Project Phase 2 at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Pedestrian Bridge/Crosswalk 2, which has been out of service, and Crosswalk 6 will open, and Pedestrian Bridge/Crosswalk 5 and Crosswalk 1 will close.

Park stress-free this holiday

RSWRemote will be available for the 2025 holiday, offering passengers a remote and reserved parking option. The RSWRemote parking lot will be open from Sunday, Dec. 21 through Sunday, Dec. 28.
The cost will be a flat $60 fee, no matter how many days you choose to park, and is non-refundable.
You must reserve and prepay for an RSWRemote parking space prior to coming to the airport.
Shuttles will operate from the remote lot to the terminal curb from 3 a.m. until 7 p.m. starting Dec. 21. Shuttles will take parkers from the terminal to the remote lot from 8 a.m. until the last daily flight arrival on Dec. 28.
The Lee County Port Authority recommends adding an additional 30 minutes to your travel time to use this remote parking option.
You will need to show the parking attendant your QR code for admittance to the lot.
An RSWRemote reservation is only good in the remote parking lot – and cannot be used in the airport’s Long-term (surface) Parking lot or Short-term Parking Garage.

The RSWRemote parking lot is located at 11861 Regional Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33913, on the north side of the airport property, in the Skyplex area.

From Daniels Parkway (I-75 Exit 131), turn south onto Chamberlin Parkway. You can enter the Skyplex area from Daniels Parkway, Paul J. Doherty Parkway or Skyplex Boulevard.
Turn onto Regional Lane (The lot is located across the street from the original Airport Traffic Control Tower).
Follow the signs to enter RSWRemote Parking lot. You will need to show the parking attendant your QR code for admittance to the lot.
