On-site Rental Car: The airport's Rental Car Service Center is located on the ground level of the parking garage. Arriving passengers should proceed downstairs, exit baggage claim and walk across the street to the rental car facility. Customers will walk into the service center and drive out the back - making rental car shuttles obsolete. When returning vehicles, please follow signs for Rental Car Return as you approach the terminal building. Parking will be located on the lower level of the parking garage.
Off-site Car Rental: The off-airport rental car and parking shuttle pickup point is on the east end of the garage on the lower level. Customers need to to walk to the far end of the building and around the side of the building for shuttles.
