Customer Service Ambassadors

The Lee County Port Authority is looking for Customer Service Ambassadors, aka The Red Vests. Highly motivated energetic person who directs passengers to the appropriate security checkpoint line, and answers passengers questions related to the security checkpoint, airport and airline operations.
Temporary seasonal positions from January through April. Intense, fast-moving, highly visible and dynamic environment with heavy interaction with the public, airport stakeholders and tenants. Will work at the airport’s three security checkpoints closely with TSA.
Flexible hours from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. (4-to-8 hour shifts), 7 days a week. Pay is $12.50/hour.
Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift, have a great attitude, be reliable and have access to email.
