Specialist, General Services - Part-time - posted May 11, 2012
9am - 1pm (with occasional flexibility) $12.68 - $20.63 hourly. The successful candidate will support clerical positions in the General Services Department. Routinely handles front desk receptionist activities, supports all mail room and audio visual operations on an as needed basis, including the mail delivery. Responsible for copying projects, assisting with assembling materials for Board meetings, agenda mailings, storage, scanning and/or retrieval of offsite documents and department files, databases and records. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of business English, spelling and arithmetic, and audio visual equipment are required. Must be computer literate and MS Office proficient. High school diploma/GED and two years clerical experience required. Possession of valid FL driver license required.

Administrative Coordinator, General Services - posted May 8, 2012
Administrative Coordinator, General Services: $15.00 - $23.00 hourly. Seeking an experienced career professional with strong communication and organizational skills to provide effective administrative support to the General Services Department. Must be able to multi-task, use independent judgment and work with minimal oversight and direction. Responsible for file management of department records, compose letters/correspondence for signature, processing of purchase orders and related payments. Must be highly organized with considerable knowledge of MS Office, business English, spelling and punctuation and proofreading skills are required. Candidate to type 60 correct words per minute on a typing test administered by Human Resources. High school diploma/GED required. Four years advanced administrative experience required. Combination of education and experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties effectively may be accepted.

Follow the signs for concourse C (located past the ticket counters) through either the East or West Atrium (doors 2 and 5). Directly across from the entrance to Concourse C between the PGA Tour Shop and Quiznos Subs - is an alcove with two elevators. Take either elevator to level 3. The receptionist will direct you to the Human Resources department.
